Thanks to our partners and local suppliers, we offer you a breakfast served in the form of a buffet to suit everyone’s taste. From the cheese platter, to the cold cuts and a good freshly squeezed orange juice, we will make you discover some exceptional local products such as :

  • The fresh, soft and melting little goats’ cheese, or the Tomme de Brebis, with the strong and powerful taste of Anne-Marie, the Curti de Castellar Cheese Dairy.
  • All white, all round, all good: our organic eggs from the neighbouring Italian valley, for a quick boiled egg, 

The succulent home-made jams of Mr. Gérard Mouaze de Sospel, from sweet orange to lemon, cherry or apricot, flavours punctuated by the change of season.

Our local products are proof of our commitment to an eco-responsible breakfast and zero waste. Indeed we wish, on our own scale, to participate in this ecological turn taken by today’s society. By favouring local producers and suppliers and by promoting regional products we reduce our carbon footprint. By offering cut and bulk products, we call upon everyone’s responsibility to help us reduce food waste and individual packaging.

The smell of French fries, tasty mixed salads and hearty sandwiches are the promise of our Snack Bar. Located in the hotel courtyard and boasting a superb terrace, you can enjoy a good meal under the gaze of our main building.

If you don't have time to sit on the terrace, a takeaway kebab sandwich may be just the thing. If you're looking for a bit of freshness, opt for a good salad.
Ideal if you don't want to venture out in search of a restaurant, our Chef will seduce you with his specialties, such as the kebab plate, couscous, kefta plate and his superb chicken curry.
